1. About Us

The official Pindiz store (the “Store”) is owned and operated by Walee Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. Throughout these terms, “The Pindiz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Walee Technologies (Pvt) Ltd operating the Pindiz Store. By accessing or purchasing from the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour, print placement or finish may occur due to screen settings and the nature of printed and manufactured apparel. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
  • We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Store content are entirely error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when your order is confirmed.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the available online payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation message does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or delivery limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including the Pindiz name, logo, wordmark, monogram, designs, graphics, text and product designs, is the property of Walee Technologies (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit any Pindiz branding or product designs without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pindiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Store or the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
